SunnyLoop

Move your existing cards, starting with what remains.

A practical guide to entering prepaid visit, time and stored-value balances from paper cards or spreadsheets into SunnyLoop.

Prepare one verified balance per card

Check the customer, package, original allowance, remaining allowance and any applicable expiry date against your existing records. Keep visits, time and money in separate units. Resolve conflicting records before entering a balance.

For example, a fictional customer bought 10 visits and has used 3. The opening balance is 7 visits. Keep the paper record that supports it.

Match the package and enter the remaining allowance

Find or create the customer, choose the matching package and enter the card using the existing-card workflow. Reuse a suitable package definition rather than creating a duplicate for every customer. Review the customer and units before confirming.

In the example, enter 7 remaining visits from the original 10-visit package. This carries forward an existing obligation; it is not a new sale or a new customer payment.

Check the opening record before the next visit

Compare the new card with the verified source record. Confirm the remaining amount, card type and expiry details. When the customer next uses one visit, record that use: the remaining allowance becomes 6 visits, with a usage entry in the history.

What this process does and does not transfer

Existing cards are entered one at a time. This guide does not describe a bulk spreadsheet import, paper-card scanner or automatic transfer of historical transactions. Keep older records separately. Entering a balance does not change the terms promised to the customer.
